Windows Movie Maker
You have known Windows Movie Maker as a video editing tool for Windows PC, but you may not know that it can also be used to compress videos for free.
Just import your large video file to Movie Maker. Video importing could take a while as the video is large in size. Then you can select Save Movie File > Movie Settings to start shrinking the video. You can either enter a smaller file size or select a setting option of a certain network connection speed.
