Troubleshoot: Check if the file you want to send is large in size
If you are using WeChat for Windows or Mac, you cannot send files exceed the maximum file size limit of 25M.

Step 1: Go to Weiyun (opens new window) and choose to log in the service with your WeChat account by scanning the QR code.
