Fixes to WhatsApp Audio Not Playing Issue

Do Not Disturb for Android/iPhone is a feature to silence all notifications during your sleeping time when you don't want to get disturbed and interrupted. If you turn it on by accident, your phone will totally be mute (especially for iPhone). Follow the steps to check and disable Do Not Disturb.
Find Do Not Disturb under Settings > Do Not Disturb, then disable it.
This method to disable Do Not Disturb works on Samsung, LG, Nexus, Motorola, HTC, Lenovo, etc.
There are two ways to do it:
Disable Do Not Disturb under Settings > Do Not Disturb like Android users do.

STEP 1. Turn off the device.
STEP 2. Put your phone into Recovery Mode. Notice that different devices may have different ways to do it. For Galaxy S 4:
Press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power at the same time.
When the phone vibrates, let go of the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.
When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
STEP 3. In Recovery Mode, press the Volume keys to highlight "wipe cache partition".
STEP 4. Press the Power key to select. After the cache is cleared, the phone will automatically reboot.

When the connection between WhatsApp Server and your account fails, some media will fail to download. Therefore, you should try to relogin to WhatsApp account to refresh the connection.
