Step 1. Connect iPhone to Computer
After you download and install the program, launch it and connect iPhone to computer via USB cable. If your device cannot be detected by DoTrans, you can click "Device is connected, but can't be recognized?" to get the solution to fix your issue.
Step 2. Preview Photos on iPhone
As you can see, the program has sorted iPhone data into Photos, Music, Videos, Contacts, Messages, and Toolbox in the left sidebar. Now you can click "Photos" and then "Camera Roll" or "Photo Library" or other folders you created on the iPhone to show all photos under each of them in the right interface.
Before transferring, you can preview photos one by one by double-clicking them or right-click and then choose "Preview".
Step 3. Transfer Pictures from iPhone to Computer
Tick off pictures you want and then right-click to choose "Export to PC" icon. Or you can right-click on items to choose "Export to PC" to transfer iPhone images to computer.
Note: You can see there are different icons on the right bottom of the images. They mean different kinds of album: Recently Deleted, Screenshot, Live Photos, Videos and more.

Step 4. Choose Local Path on Computer
