Since there are so many ingenious apps coming out on App Store or Google Play every day, some would catch our attention and arouse our desire to squander money. However, it happens that we by accident bought an App we did not intend to buy, or most of the time, we bought a freshly line-up app which end up not functioning as it advertised. In fact, it is possible for us to get money back! By the way, it's not a way for those who want to get free trials or shot-term use. One should have a valid reason for the request to get refund.

Note that if you experience a problem with music, movies, TV shows, books, or apps you purchased from iTunes or the App Store, you can request a refund directly from Apple. Apple allows you to request a refund for purchases you've made in the last 90 days.
Step 1. Launch iTunes on your computer and click on "Account". You will be prompted to sign in with your Apple ID. Enter your Apple ID and password to finish logging in.
Step 2. Scroll down from "Account Information" to check for "Purchase History", and then tap "See All" on the right.
Step 3. Check out previous purchases on the interface. Click on the gray arrow on the left of the app from which you want to get refund, and you will be able to see more details.
Step 4. Tap "Report a Problem", and in the next interface, tap again "Report a Problem".
Step 5. At that moment you will be transferred to the Apple's website. Similarly, please type in your Apple ID and password.
Step 6. Select the unwanted application, you can choose a reason from those already provided or describe the problem you're facing with the app. After completing the form, hit the "Submit" button.
Step 7. It happens sometimes that you will be prompted to request a refund in the official website of the app after finishing step 6. What's more, perhaps you would find it in vain to demand a refund to the developer. Don't worry. If so, choose "Problem is not listed here" and then you will be able to submit successfully.
Step 1. Open Apple's official "Report a Problem" website on your browser, or you can just click on here. Enter your Apple ID and password to finish signing in.
Step 2. Select "App" option under "Report a Problem", and behind the unwanted app, hit "Report a Problem".
Step 3. Choose a problem you are facing with the app or select "Problem is not listed here" and describe a problem. After that, "Submit" and wait for notifications.
There are two ways to get a refund for iOS device if you have a valid reason for the demand. However, you must wait for quite a while to get the response, for the process is not automated.
