How to Recover Recorded Videos from iPhone Without Any Backup
When you can't find a video of screen recording in Camera Roll, the first thing you should do is checking the Recently Deleted folder in Photos. If the video is not in the folder either, you can use FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery to recover the missing video.

How to Restore Deleted Recorded Videos from iCloud

Step 3. To reduce the time for downloading a backup, you can choose only Camera Roll, Photo Library to download.
