More and more users jailbreak their iOS devices with Pangu. The jailbreak process has been quite smooth. Nevertheless, some users are reporting problems with it and they fail to successfully jailbreak their iPhone 6/6s/6s Plus/7/7 Plus. In this guide, we have listed some main problems and provide solutions.

Note: Before jailbreaking, you should backup your iPhone/iPad/iPod first.

If you come across "Error at 45% - Error occurred in preparing the environment, error code (0A)" when jailbreaking, this can be caused by encrypted backups of your device using iTunes.

To avoid this error, please disable encrypted your iPhone backup in iTunes through the Summary tab by unselecting the check box, and take an unencrypted backup of your phone. Then jailbreak your phone with Pangu Jailbreak again.

3. Can't find Settings for Jailbreak Tweaks

Because PreferenceLoader hasn't been updated to support iOS 10, you won't see the Settings for your jailbreak apps and tweaks. Under this circumstance, you need to wait for update of PreferenceLoader.
